2 Day Crash Course
$1000 + Travel Expenses — Full Start to finish training on processes from Art separation and output through production, finishing, and reclaiming. Up to 10 people / 7 hour days.
one-on-one Employee Training
$75 per hour (no minumum for Chicagoland) 3 hour minumum + travel expenses — Hands on training with 1-2 employees on tasks for your production. Have them properly trained and vetted for their position to make sure you are getting the most out of your employee
Production / operations management training
$100 per hour (no minumum for Chicagoland) 3 hour minimum + travel expenses — Higher level training for operations and production efficiency and people management. Assistance in creating and implementing proper standard operational processes to hold company wide accountability and culture.
Top-to-bottom overhaul
Variable pricing based on shop size — complete workthrough on everything from marketing, pricing, customer care and service , all the way through production and billing. This is general management training course to help get your shop into the modern era.
