Plans and pricing
Every plan downloads films, PSD and the sep sheet. An Engine sep is one piece of art ripped by the engine. An AI sep is one piece of art checked by Claude: it reads the art, picks the inks, checks the predicted print and fixes what's off, and you always get whichever sep scores better. Starter gets 25 of each a month. Pro and Shop get unlimited Engine seps, more AI seps and top-ups.

What's in each plan
Top-ups
For a busy month on Pro and Shop. Top-ups are extra AI seps only: they're used after your plan's AI seps run out and are good for 12 months. They don't unlock downloads; downloads come with a plan. On Starter, upgrade to Pro instead: Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the month.
Questions
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Every sep starts with a free account, and the account starts your trial: 7 days with 2 AI seps and 5 Engine seps, downloads included, no card. After that, pick a plan.
- Engine sep or AI sep?
- You pick before you upload. An Engine sep is fast: the engine picks the inks and rips the plates, and it uses no AI seps. An AI sep starts with the engine's sep, then Claude checks it against your art and improves it. It uses 1 AI sep per piece of art.
- What's an AI sep?
- One piece of art separated with Claude checking it: up to three passes of reading the art, planning the inks, scoring the predicted print and fixing it. Re-checks on the same job within a day are free.
- How does the assistant work?
- On Pro and Shop, type what you want changed ("make the reds pop", "one less screen") and Claude changes the inks, re-rips and tells you the new match, with an Undo. Each AI sep includes 5 asks; after that, 3 asks use 1 AI sep, up to 20 asks per sep.
- What happens when I run out?
- On Starter, once the month's 25 AI seps or 25 Engine seps are used, upgrade to Pro from Manage billing (Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the month) or wait for next month. Art you already separated still re-rips and downloads. On Pro and Shop, Engine seps and downloads never stop; the Claude check comes back with a top-up or when your AI seps reset next month.
- Do unused AI seps roll over?
- No. Your plan's AI seps reset to the full amount each month, on yearly plans too, and unused ones don't carry over. Top-ups last 12 months.
- What counts as a sep?
- One piece of art, on the trial and on Starter. Re-rips, a new shirt color, new settings or a different method on the same art are free, and so are its films, single plates, the PSD and the sep sheet. A piece of art you run as an AI sep uses one AI sep and no Engine sep.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- After 7 days, or once you've used a kind of sep, pick a plan to keep separating and downloading. Starter has 25 Engine seps a month; Pro and Shop are unlimited. Your account stays.
- I already pay $39 a month. What changes?
- Nothing you need to do. Every shop paying today is a founding shop: you get the Pro plan (200 AI seps a month and the assistant), at your current $39 a month through December 31, 2026. Before then we'll email you to pick a plan for 2027.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Any time, from Manage billing. Upgrades start right away with the extra AI seps added. Downgrades and cancels take effect at the end of the period. Top-ups you bought stay.
- Can my whole crew use one account?
- Not at the same time yet. Each account is one login, signed in on one device at a time; signing in somewhere new signs out the other. More seats are coming.
- Is my art stored?
- Not by us. For every sep, a downsized copy goes to our server for the rip and isn't kept. For an AI sep, the art and the predicted print also go to Anthropic's API (Claude) for the check. Under its commercial terms Anthropic doesn't train on it and deletes it within 30 days, unless it's flagged for a usage policy check. More in our privacy policy.
